About

A Toronto-based, self-taught multidisciplinary artist.

His creative practice began in 2016, following a wildfire and his subsequent displacement from Fort McMurray, Alberta, where he worked as a pest control technician. His work examines the cyclical nature of popular media, technology, and public policy, exploring how these elements both influence and are influenced by broader society and culture.

Through a critical lens, his art addresses themes of consumerism, nostalgia, contemporary idolatry, and class inequality, often with a playful approach that highlights the absurdity of how value is assigned and maintained in an inequitable society.

This personal practice extends into a professional career as a creative consultant and producer, with notable commissions from clients including Nissan, Kids Help Phone, Canadian Tire, Warner Music Mexico, the City of Toronto, Queen’s University, and Pride Toronto.
